Open WideMail in your browser at clients.widemail.app or on your iPhone, and enter the email address and password of the mailbox Wideview gave you. There is no public sign-up — access is for Wideview Entertainment clients only. If you do not have your credentials, contact us at [email protected].
I forgot my password. Your password is the password of your email account. Contact us and we will help you reset it.
I'm not receiving notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for WideMail in your iPhone Settings, and that you are signed in. If it continues, email us.
An email doesn't display correctly. Let us know the sender and subject at [email protected] so we can look into it.
How do I delete my account / data? Email us and we will remove your stored credentials and settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
